By downloading, installing, or using FaithNotes, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, do not use the app.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FaithNotes for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
Monthly: $4.99/month or Annual: $24.99/year (7-day free trial)
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in your device's app store settings.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Billing and refund policies are governed by the respective platform. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings.
FaithNotes provides tools for personal faith practice including Bible reading, sermon notes, and prayer journaling. Bible text and daily verses are provided for personal devotional use. AI-generated sermon summaries are automated interpretations and may not fully capture the speaker's intent — always refer to the original sermon for authoritative content. FaithNotes is a personal tool and does not represent any specific denomination or religious organization.
FaithNotes, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by MABS Autonomous Systems and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without written permission.
FaithNotes is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results obtained will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MABS Autonomous Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of data, profits, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for FaithNotes in the past 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MABS Autonomous Systems from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of FaithNotes, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, except for intellectual property infringement claims which may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of FaithNotes after changes constitutes your acceptance.
